...I just looked at the original Henden & Honeycutt paper: they
show only x,y offsets in arcsec from the variable. So when the Strasbourg
folks did the OCR scanning, they used (probably) the positions for the CVs
shown in the paper to determine RA/Dec for the stars. Since those positions
were themselves not alwasy so good, then the star positions are going to
be a bit fuzzy.
