Yes, the Bergedorf Spektral Durchmusterung switches the BD names with
an adjacent star, and this error has been promulgated since then (1935).
BD+59 225 is the blue star an arcminute or so southeast. The original
BD coordinates are unambiguous, so this was evidently a typo in the
Bergedorf catalogue.
