[vsnet-id 592] GCVS errors

Here is the photometric\astrometric information on WX CMi from Arne Henden

 Star RA (J2000) DEC V B-V V-R R-I
WX CMi 07:11:57.56 +07:29:59.0 19.013 1.473 4.411 3.398
Companion 07:11:57.15 +07:30: 1.7 15.243 0.749 0.417 0.414

I don't have the UT date and time of this observation, but it was between
Feb 14 and Feb 16, 2002.
Obviously, the range needs to be adjusted in the GCVS.
I take no credit for this. It was good detective work by Marc Biesmans.

Below are the GCVS positional errors I uncovered while doing the latest
AAVSO EB charts.

I list the star name, it's correct position J2000 (noted relative to the
GCVS position)
and the corresponding GSC number (if available) for the correct star.

I will send along the RR Lyr and CV notes as soon as I can.

I was wondering who to send this information to. Thanks, Brian.
