[vsnet-id 475] Which is V1766 Cyg?

Has anyone identified with certainty the star V1766 Cyg? It looks
as though two likely candidates are BD+43 3385 or the nearby, similarly
bright S-type star IRAS 19497+4327 = GSC 3149-1893. The source position
favors the former, but it seems the position isn't utterly reliable.
