   Because of its faintness and color.  Almost all red MisV's have 2MASS
counterparts brighter than 10 (in all bands).

   The brighter 2MASS source is also identified with MSX5C_G071.8678+03.4260,
which has a nominal position of 195812.9 +355034 (2000.0).  It's more
likely variable than a nearby fainter 2MASS star.
