The star at 16 50 13.06 +08 59 10.5 (2000) in SIMBAD, is given with a
typo in 1999IBVS.4790....1K. It is NSV 7989, not 7980. COmparing against
the NSV in VizieR, the offset is only 0'.03. Also, quite obviously:
NSV 7989 = IRAS 16478+0904.
