[vsnet-id 72] Variables near M56

Below are accurate coordinates and identifications for about 90 variables
studied by Kurochkin in a 10x10-deg region around the cluster Messier 56.
Most of the variables were newly discovered, and published in a series of
papers in Perem. Zvezdy (Variable Stars) about 1970. Some follow-up work on
the same stars was published in 1985. Although some of the variables have
precise positions in more recent literature, most do not.
The format is identical to recent previous lists, and broken into the
four parts in which they were published. An asterisk by the SVS name
indicates a note at the bottom of the table. Nearly all the positions come
from USNO-A2.0 (column 's': A = USNO-A2.0, G = GSC, S = SkyView); many objects
were verified using DSS images and other sources. All but one or two were
unambiguously identified from Kurochkin's charts. GSC names are given as
available; IRAS names are given if they are 'new', i.e. not linked in SIMBAD.
A substantial number of the variable-star designations are absent from SIMBAD.
