[vsnet-id 35] Wachmann SA 98 variables part 2

Part 2 of Wachmann's SA 98 work is a short list of short-period cepheids
and RR Lyrae stars. These are all fairly bright and there were identifications
problems (many in fact already have good positions in the literature).
