     This was reported but unconfirmed.  The relevant IAU Circulars are
IAUC 1593 and 1594.  These are not available on-line, but I did find them
in the Lowell collection.  Both reports are cryptic, and say no more than
that the object was close to the plate limit (mag. 15).
