Subject: Visual Magnitude Estimate of N. Cas 1993

Dear Taichi,

On December 15.06 (UT) 1993, I estimated N. Cas 1993's magnitude at 6.3,
using comparison stars of magnitudes 6.0, 6.2, and 6.4 from the AAVSO
Variable Star Atlas.  5 cm binoculars (7x) were used in making the 
estimate.
