I got a chart forwarded from Mike Boschat of the results of a CCD 
measurement of V632 field stars.

This chart looks interesting and useful.  Is there any way that the x,y
values can be converted to ra and dec.  If so I could plot a nice chart
using the public domain unix starchart program.

I am a big fan of Cygnus variables and I could observe this area from
time to time.
