Observations as follows: november 16,937 UT magnitude 13.6: november 17,885 UT magnitude 13.3: november 18,854 UT magnitude 13.0 The star is also visible on a CCD image made by Luc Vanhoeck, Breendonk on november 18,916 magnitude 13.7: but unfortunately have no previously made image to compare. The visual observations were made using the AAVSO f-chart dated 3/90. As there is possible confusion about the exact position of the variable, we would like to have confirmation of the outburst a.s.a.p. Thanks Paul Van Cauteren
