RARE OUTBURST OF V795 CYGNI

Visual magnitude estimates by P. Schmeer, Bischmisheim, Germany:

V795 CYGNI  (UGSS)
Nov.  3.783 UT,  13.1
(Detected on Nov. 3.774 UT)
This SS Cyg-type dwarf nova is currently undergoing one of its rare outbursts.
The previous one was detected by me on 1992 Nov. 23.760 UT (mv= 12.8).
