The outburst has been confirmed by Tonny Vanmunster, Landen, Belgium: october 24,82 magnitude 13.8 instrument 35cm Newton. The outburst has also been captured by Luc Vanhoeck, Breendonk, Belgium, with an ST6-CCD camera on a 8inch SCT. The image is of rather poor quality because taken through the clouds, but the star is clearly visible (october 24,83) S10930 Lyr is an uncatalogued probable U-Gem star, discovered by W.Wenzel, announced in IBVS 3883. regards Paul
