Observation of R Corona Borealis

Used 7x50 binoculars, sky was a bit bright because of moon and there was
some thin cirrus cloud. Used comparsion star at RA 15h 31m  DEC +31 it was
noted at 6.5 Mv in the AAVSO Variable Star Charts.
