However I have heard on the grapevine that the Japanese have a possible nova in Aquila. I relayed this to Mike Collins, Evertonm, Beds UK who has a photograph of 1993 May 15.009UT showing an apparent 'new object' at: RA 19h10.5m DEC +01 28' [1950] Magnitude 7.6pv 135mm telephoto lens f2.8 Kodak 2415 hypered This exposure was 3m42s length.
