Subject: BZ UMa in outburst

Tony Vanmunster reports BZ UMa in outburst.  I have managed
to confirm shortly after his initial observation.  Patrick Schmeer
also independently reports his detection of the outburst.  Details....

    28.863    [13.2       Schmeer  20cm SCT
    26.897    [13.7    2  Poyner
    28.895    [13.7    2  Poyner
    29.890     11.4       Schmeer
    29.914     11.4       Schmeer
    29.972     10.6       Vanmunster  35cm
    29.993     10.6    1  Poyner   40cm

The last outburst occured on Oct 26.052 UT at 10.7 mag.  This turned
out not to be a supermax.

This evenings observation of SN1993J.......

April 29.868 UT:  E+2  :  11.6 mag   Class 1   30cm reflector
