From: starrfie@hydro.la.asu.edu (Sumner Starrfield) Subject: Re: SN1993J photometry update Date: Wed, 21 Apr 93 23:02:40 MST Dear Dr. Kato: I am writing to you to thank you for your efforts in keeping us informed about the photometric variations of SN 1993J. I am very pleased at all of the data that you are continuing to collect and provide to the community. However, some people have asked me to communicate with you and suggest that it might be possible to reduce the frequency of your photometry updates. The files are now so large that if someone is not able to read his mail for a day or two, he returns to find the entire mail spooler full and all subsequent messages bounce. I hesitate to suggest any particular frequency since you are the best judge of that but would just like you to think about this matter and use your own best judgement. All the best Sumner Starrfield.
