Subject: Richmond magnitude errors

Before the Richmond, Berkeley magnitude for *C (V=14.5) can
be adopted, the large error in his colors as reported in the
`news(rw)' should be clarified.  His B-V values are systematically 
NEGATIVE (-0.19 to -0.06) when all the other sources agree that
B-V was POSITIVE (+0.1 to +0.4).  Please check source.
