Subject: SN in M81

March 30, 06:00 UT

  We have taken a spectrum of the SN that runs between

570 nm to 690 nm on the 1.8m telescope at DAO. It looks

pretty featureless except for a sharp Na I absorption.

No H alpha and no Si II "6355". Could be Type II very

early.
