The observations will use the medium resolution gratings with the large aperture, providing an effective resolution of about 15000. The same sequence used in Sept. will be repeated with the addition of [Ne V] 1575 and O III] 1660, 1665. We will get low resolution IUE spectra contemporaneously and Vilspa will observe at high resolution a few days before. We will also be observing with the Voyager UVS at about the same time. We urge any observers who can obtain optical and IR spectra at the same time to attempt to obtain flux calibrated medium to high resolution line profiles. The resonance lines (C IV, O IV and N V) should have become optically thin by this time. The most important observation would be very high resolution (> 10000) of He II 4686 and any of the optical neon lines. IR observations are needed for the coronal line profiles. Observations with EUVE should take place this summer. ROSAT osbervations are continuing. Observers who can assist in the corodinated observations should contact Steve Shore at HRSSHORE@STARS.GSFC.NASA.GOV or HRS::HRSSHORE or Sumner Starrfield at STARRFIE@HYDRO.LA.ASU.EDU.
