subject: about EG Cnc
Dear Gary,
Thank you always for your reports. You reported EG Cnc at aprroximately
15.0-15.5 magnitude at 19.934UT. Does this magnitude represent EG Cnc
itself or the companion? EG Cnc has a 16th mag star about 30" east to the
variable. The exact position of the variable is 08h40m03.26s +28d02'39.2"
(1950.0) and the quiescent magnitude about V=18. If the reported magnitude
corresponds to the variable, it should be followed closely because this
object has experienced an outburst only once.
