subject: T Leo, PG0943+521
T Leonis
Following updated results have been obtained from observation on
Jan. 12 (12.68 - 12.78 UT).
1) The star seems to have started its final fading. The star faded
from V=11.2 to V=11.5 in 2.4 hr. (Note that the moon shines very close
to the object, the result may be affected by unknown systematic
effects.)
2) Superhumps still persisted. The hump amplitude is 0.2 mag and the
maximum occurred at 12.742 UT.
The superhump period is now umambiguously determined. Eight maxima
between Jan. 5 and 12 are well represented by the following formula.
Max.UT = Jan. 8.7004 + 0.064147 E.
This period is quite in good agreement with reported by VSOLJ in
1987 superoutburst.
3) The element can date back to the observations on Jan. 4. Therefore
the superhumps had already developed on Jan. 4., but residuals are
large for Jan. 2 and 3. The fact suggests that the period have changed
or the superhumps had not yet developed then as earlier suggested.
PG 0943+521
The outburst of this suspected dwarf nova is confirmed using CCD.

The variable was at V=12.6, which is in good agreement with the visual
observation by M. Iida.
FN And
Heavy clouds have prevented us from further observation.
