The recurrent nova RS Ophiuchi underwent a minor outburst in late august
and is still somewhat brighter than usual.

Dwarf novae in outburst: Z Cam, EM Cyg, AB Dra, AH Her, AY Lyr, RU Peg,
TZ Per (at standstill?), SU UMa. RX And and SS Cyg was seen near minimum.
According to recent observations by P. Schmeer EF Pegasi is not in outburst
as reported on Sep 18. The observation from Sep 17 (and later estimates
from Sep 19 and 20) probably refer to the mag. 13 star located 5" from the
dwarf nova at PA 300 degrees (see e.g.TA E-Circulars No. 570 and 574).

FG Sagittae has now faded about 2.5 magnitudes from its maximum brightness.
