subject: Outburst of V1028 Cyg

Dear observers,

  M. Iida (Nagano, Japan) reports that this SU UMa candidate is undergoing
a bright outburst at mv=13.1 on Sept. 7, 12h25m UT.  Confirmatory obser-
vation was performed by N. Makiguchi (Kanagawa, Japan) at mv=13.6 on Sept.
7, 14h20m UT.  The present outburst is very likely a superoutburst.  High-
speed photometry is urgently required.
