subject: outburst of V419 Lyr

Dear observers,

  M. Moriyama (Nagasaki, Japan) reports that poorly investigated dwarf
nova V419 Lyr is in outburst, at mv=13.5 on Sept. 2 (communicated via
M. Iida (Nagano).  This variable is suspected to be an SU UMa type
dwarf nova.  Confirmatory observations are urgently required.
