POSSIBLE OUTBURST OF V1251 CYGNI

Visual magnitude estimates by P. Schmeer, Bischmisheim, Germany:

V1251 CYGNI  (UGSU)
Aug.  2.042 UT, (13.7 ;  3.031,  14.0:
The estimate on Aug. 3.031 may have been one of a nearby star.
Previous outbursts of V1251 Cyg occurred in 1963 and Oct. 1991.
