   AH Her  May  6.00  12.5   AH Her  May  6.94  12.5
   Stars in outburst: Z Cam, EM Cyg, AB Dra, U Gem, AH Her.

3) Nova Cygni 1992. Recent observations by H. Dahle and B. H. Granslo place
   it at visual magnitude 8.1 - 8.3.

4) PG 0943+521 in Ursa Major. This is cataclysmic binary included in the
   Palomar Green Survey of Ultraviolet Excess Stellar Objects. M. Iida of
   Nagano, Japan has detected an outburst of this object on Apr. 26.521 UT
   at mv = 12.5. The variable was detected photographically by M. Mobberly
   of Cockfield, Bury St Edmunds, England on May 2.911 UT at mpv = 12.3
   (ref. TA E-Circular 635, 636). The following observations indicate that
   this object is currently fading after maximum: May 6.94 UT, mv = 13.2
   (B. H. Granslo, Fjellhamar, Norway); May 7.94 UT, mv = 13.4 (H. Dahle,
   Oslo, Norway). PG 0943+521 is located at RA = 9h 43.7m, Dec = +52deg 08'
   (1950.0).
