(1992 Nov. 24) subject: X-ray nova The data have been reanalyzed using nearby faint comparisons to remove the effects of non-linearity of the detector and/or the photometry algorithm. The result shows better consistency in terms of the period during the run of two nights. The revised period is 0.2249 day (least- squares) or 0.2217 day (Fourier), which express the four maxima observed well. The period is again different from the published value. The amplitude was 0.10 mag. Together with the run on Nov. 23 (and subsequent observations) we will be able to confirm the period to at least 1% accuracy. Regards, Taichi Kato
