SECOND EVER VISUALLY OBSERVED OUTBURST OF EF PEGASI

Visual magnitude estimates by P. Schmeer, Bischmisheim, Germany:

EF PEGASI  (UGSU)
July  2.950 UT, (13.0 ;  3.970, (12.4 ;
      7.899 UT,  12.6:;  7.972,  12.6:;  8.067,  12.6
(No further observations this month due to bad weather)
EF Peg and the companion were both seen.
Instrument: 203-mm SCT
Sequence  : The Astronomer
The previous (super)outburst of this SU UMa-type dwarf nova
occurred last year, when EF Peg reached mv= 10.9 on 1991 Oct. 15
(cf. IAUC 5369 etc.).
