[vsnet-history 18] Variable Star Observations (Schmeer)

Visual magnitude estimates by P. Schmeer, Bischmisheim, Germany:

EY CYGNI  (UG)
Mar. 19.169 UT, (13.2 ; 28.148,  11.0 ; 28.162,  11.0 ;
Apr.  2.049 UT,  11.7 ;  2.145,  11.7 ;  6.077,  12.1 ;
Herewith I wish to report my discovery of a rare outburst of 
this dwarf nova.
The previous maximum occurred on 1986 August 29 (mv= 11.0 ; cf.
IAUC 4249, 4252, 4258).
High-speed photometry during the current outburst is urgently
required.

SW URSAE MAJORIS  (UGSU)
Mar. 18.935 UT, (12.5 ; 21.787,  11.0 ; 23.856,  11.2 ;
     27.007 UT,  11.7 ; 27.810,  11.8 ; 28.860,  11.9 ;
     30.795 UT,  12.1 ; 
Apr.  1.826 UT,  12.3 ;  2.938,  13.1 ;  5.928, (13.7 
The previous outburst occurred in 1991 March (cf. IAUC 5199, 5206).
The current outburst is a faint supermaximum (like the last one).

NOVA CYGNI 1992  (NA)
Mar. 19.123 UT,   6.6 ; 20.117,   6.7 ; 21.144,   6.7 ;
     27.009 UT,   6.9 ; 28.140,   6.9 ; 28.976,   6.9 ;
Apr.  1.958 UT,   7.1 ;  2.000,   7.1 ;  5.969,   7.1 ;
Instrument: 20x80 binoculars

SS CYGNI  (UGSS)
Apr.  2.134 UT,  12.0 ;  6.115,   8.6 
In outburst.

YZ CANCRI  (UGSU)
Apr.  5.867 UT,  11.7
Superoutburst?
