[vsnet-grb 846] GCN Switchover complete

SWITCH COMPLETE:
The conversion from the old system to the new system is complete.

All outgoing distribution functions (sockets, email, pagers, cellphones, etc)
have been restored.
All incoming burst information collection functions (from INTEGRAL, HETE, etc)
have been restored.

GCN was off-the-air from 15:00 until 15:30 UT 11 Mar 2003 (30 minutes).

SOCKET SITES:
1) Some sites are not connecting.  I suspect that your firewalls
are not yet updated (if your site uses firewalls -- I can not tell
from this end).
2) And from a more general perspective, there are ~8  socket sites
that have not connected in the last 3 months.  I would appreciate it
if all sockets sites would "touch base" with a short email response
describing your current status and future plans.

IF ANY PROBLEMS:
While none are expected, if you encounter any problems or even odd behavior,
please contact me immediately.
