Dear Colleagues,

   The Kyoto team (Uemura et al.) a few hours-long time-resolved CCD
photometry of the field of GRB 010214 on Feb. 14.  Quick-look analysis of
the data has not revealed a promising optical counterpart.  The data
are being intensively analyzed by Yamaoka-san.
