I have examined the Ouda V-band images of GRB 000926 field.  The
observation was held around 28.4 UT (600s exposure) and 29.4 UT (6*300
+ 600 s exposure) with 0.6-m RC telescope.  No GRB afterglow was
detected at the reported position (GCN 803, 804, 813) brighter than
V=19.3 and 19.7, respectively.
