GRB000630: optical counterpart

  According to GCN 747, Jensen et al. reports the detection of the fading
optical counterpart.

  The position is

  14h 47m 13s.49  (J2000.0)
  +41o 13' 53".3

  The object faded from R=23.0 on June 30.9 to R=24.7 on July 3.9.
