Further analysis of this burst (GCN 1962) indicates that the correct
error box is quite likely to be the first one, namely:

4 h 42 m 40.72 s -18 o 56 ' 52.00 " (CORNER)
4 h 46 m 17.63 s -19 o 57 ' 38.06 " (CORNER)
4 h 39 m 37.19 s -18 o 9 ' 1.66 " (CORNER)
4 h 43 m 32.36 s -19 o 15 ' 16.64 " (CORNER)
Final confirmation of this is expected within 24 hours.
