behalf of the HETE GRB team, report:

Ulysses, INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS) and HETE (Fregate) observed this burst at
23070 s. As observed by Ulysses, it had a duration of approximately
100 seconds, a 25-100 keV fluence of approximately 1.2E-05 erg/cm2,
and a peak flux of approximately 1.0E-06 erg/cm2 s over 0.25 seconds.

We have triangulated it to a preliminary annulus centered at
RA, Dec (2000)= 0.310, -38.800 degrees, whose radius is 43.532 +/-
0.031 degrees.

This annulus may be improved and/or constrained.
