This burst (GCN 1450) was also observed by RHESSI.  The RHESSI data,
as well as additional Konus-Wind data, indicate that the second error
box is the correct one:

 ERROR BOX CORNER 4:  7 h 58 m 52.84 s     41 o 29 '  03.72 " 
 ERROR BOX CORNER 5:  7 h 58 m 17.24 s     41 o 29 '  25.08 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 6:  7 h 57 m 53.51 s     41 o 41 '  52.39 "
