[vsnet-gcvs 49] Re: [vsnet-campaign 774] Possible nova Cep in 1983?
This object is listed in the NSV Supplement as 'NSV 25861'. It is most
certainly not a nova; its existence is unconfirmed and thus very doubtful
(cf. IAUC 3821, 3832).
Maybe a transient? Or an airplane like Nova Lac 1986 (= NSV 25894)?
Btw, both 'objects' were 'discovered' by Minoru Honda (who of course
found numerous true novae).
