[vsnet-ecl 133] Re: Call for observations - OW Gem, a retraction



Dear Colleagues,

I sincerely regret to inform you that the alert of OW Gem's fading has
proven to be false.  The following note was passed on to me from Wolfgang
Quester.  I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused anyone.  I will
admit that the alert did raise _my_ heart rate!  In the future I shall
require further confirmation before sending an alert.  Again my sincere
regrets.
