[vsnet-ecl 128] Call for observations - OW Gem

Marv Baldwin has sent to me the following concerning an unexpected fading
of OW Gem.   This is from Wolfgang Quester of the BAV.  CCD or PEP
confirmatory observations are most urgently needed.
