To determine a more accurate position for the new Nova I measured four additional B band images taken at approximately 09/21/2002 2:29 UT. The B band images were not in saturation like the V band images. The average position of the Nova is 19 01 09.38 -22 00 06.2. The standard deviation of the mean for the four measurements is 0.2". As mentioned in a previous alert and in IAUC 7975, this position is very close to the USNO-A2.0 star located at position with end figures 09s.321 and 06".17.
