long)
Weather:		Very clear transparency; somewhat unstable seeing due to
surface wind & urban location
Coordinates:	As noted in Mr. Liller's original message
Est. mag:		8.1
Compared to:	Slightly brighter than nearby TYC6845-00470-1 at visual mag
8.17 and
			TY6846-01066-1 at visual mag 8.16.
Instrument:		25 cm f/5 Dobsonian reflector, at 102X and 39X
