   I just put a JPEG image (based on Downes et al.'s online CV atlas)
on which new and past identifications are marked.  I hope this chart would
resolve any uncertainties.

   Yes, I referred to the J-plate image, which was reproduced in Duerbeck's
atlas (1987).
