This announcement is a reminder of the SIRTF Science Center's upcoming
Observation Planning workshops. A workshop is to be held on 22-23
November and will be repeated on 6-7 December 2002, at the SIRTF Science
Center in Pasadena, California. These workshops are provided free. Final
registration deadline for either workshop is 15 October
2002. Registration is limited to 75 participants, and only a few
openings remain.

Topics are presented by SIRTF Science Center staff on the SIRTF
instruments and modes of operation. A large part of the workshops will
also involve hands-on instruction on the use of observatory planning
software. To register and obtain more details please go to the URL noted
