Because of a small change in the allocated time, the closing time has been shifted by 20 minutes from the previous program. Additional information: [Access to the conference room] The conference hall is located in the 4th floor of the Faculty of Science Building II. Please take a look at: http://www.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/acc/map2.html Enter the building from the "Red Gate" side (it is actually the back side of the building) and take the stairs up to the 4th floor (there is no elevator). The entrance to the hall is located on the 4th floor. The hall may be open around 9:30 on the 9th. [Informal banquet] Informal banquet will be held in the evening of the 9th at the University COOP restaurant #2 on the campus (5 minutes from the conference hall). The fee is 4000 Yen for staffs and 2000 Yen for students. We will collect the fee during the sessions of the 9th. [Climate] August is the most uncomfortable season in Tokyo unless you like being hot and wet. We may also expect a shower occasionally. [For speakers] Two video projectors and one OHC (overhead camera) will be available. No OHP is available, but you can use OHC instead. For OHC, you do not have to prepare your transparencies, but you can use regular printout paper. If you would like to use a slide projector, please contact Onaka in advance. We expect several foreign attendants and please prepare your slides in English. If you have any questions, send a message to onaka@astron.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp. We are looking forward to seeing you at the workshop.
