[vsnet-conference 41] (fwd) IAU 8th Asian-Pacific Regional Meeting

Dear colleagues,

The IAU 8th ASIAN-PACIFIC REGIONAL MEETING
in Tokyo, Japan is only a week away,
and its preparation is in the final stage.
We are expecting to have a very interesting meeting
with about 100 oral and 280 poster papers.
Here we are sending the final circular with more
	logistical information.

Because of the overwhelming interest to the meeting,
the poster area might be rather tight.
If you have registered and are unable to come,
please let us know as soon as possible so that
we can make the better use of the limited space.
Please inform us also any change of your registration
information including the change in the accompanied person(s).

We are looking forward to seeing you in Tokyo soon.
	With best wishes,

Tetsuo Hasegawa
