New list: vsnet-computing

Dear Colleagues,

    We have set up a new list, vsnet-computing, as a sub-list of vsnet-chat,
but has not been given an adequate place in spite of the existence of
the widely-used archive of freely available softwares and tools.  This list
is devoted to discussions about softwares and their development for
astronomy (esp. observation) use.  Announcements of new softwares,
data reduction algorithm, actual coding problems, questions and answers
to existing softwares etc. are the main topics of this list.

    The initial list of vsnet-computing includes members of vsnet-chat.
If one wish to subscribe or unsubscribe to vsnet-sequence, please send
a message to vsnet-adm, with a text line
