   This error usually occurs when the program tries to access to an illegal
memory address.  This means a program bug, and is one of the most frequent
causes of a security hole.  When you encounter similar messages on some
service, you had better inform the administrator of the relevant webpage
to confirm the problem.  This could happen by a temporary failure of some
subsystem, and it would be then identified or recovered by the web
administrator.
