Yes, this is just what I proposed to Yoshida-san (and actually what we
did during the "Kyoto survey" - a transit-type experiment with a fixed
telescope). But Yoshida-san's answer was not, just because such a strategy
is outside the scope of the MISAO project. Another problem with PIXY is
in catalog correlation, as has been repeatedly noted here. As a natural
consequence of the both effects, people using PIXY must devote much more
time than observation to eye examination of the output... and Yoshida-san
seems to be proud of the observer's time devoted to PIXY operation X-).
